Head Coach: Jess Melville
Jess is an experienced netball player, coach and primary school teacher originally from New Zealand.
After playing at a high level in New Zealand, Jess hung up her playing shoes to complete a post-graduate diploma in primary teaching before working as a Year 7 & 8 teacher at a beautiful school by the sea in Auckland, New Zealand.
On moving to Cambridge in 2018, Jess took up the position of Head of Netball at a local school before leaving to start a family in 2022.

We are driven by a commitment to offer exceptional netball opportunities within the Cambridgeshire community, and tailor programs to accommodate diverse age groups, skill levels, and backgrounds. We place a strong focus on individual development and prioritise personal growth on and off the court.
Central to our coaching philosophy is a games-based instructional approach, where sessions are thoughtfully designed to be both enjoyable and educational. The Ministry’s coaching methodology is centred on four pillars: encouraging creativity, fostering problem-solving skills, instilling confidence, and striving for continuous improvement.
