Photography and Video

On occasion, Ministry of Netball may employ the services of a suitable and DBS cleared photographer to take marketing pictures on Camp. These photos may be used in our marketing materials including for brochures, flyers, our website and occasionally our social media. For your child's protection, we will never include the names of children alongside photos. If you would like us not to take pictures of your child, please let us know.

Illness and First Aid

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform Ministry of Netball, at the time of booking, of any pre-existing medical, physical or behavioural conditions, or medication requirements, so that we can make provision for the child’s specific needs on Camp. If we are not clear on some or all of this information, we reserve the right to exclude the child from some or all activities.

In the event of an injury to any child while under Ministry of Netball's care, appropriate First Aid will be administered by a qualified First Aider. If the injury is more serious, we may need to call the emergency services and will immediately inform parents / caregivers.  We have comprehensive procedures, in which all staff are trained.

Our staffing ratios are between 1:8 and 1:12, depending on child age and the type of activity.

Insurance and Liability

All children under Ministry of Netball's care are covered by Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million.
